Troubleshooting: If You Still Get an Error Message

If you continue to receive an error message, please follow these steps:

1. Ensure All Accounts Are Connected

Make sure you have a Facebook account, a Facebook Page (which is different from a personal account), and an Instagram account, all connected together. Click the link below to access your Meta Business Suite

2. Opt-in to All Current and Future Pages and Accounts

When prompted to connect your account, opt-in to all current and future pages and accounts for a simpler process. You will be asked to select:

  • The Business you want Heylist to access.
  • The Pages you want Heylist to access.
  • The Instagram Accounts you want Heylist to access.

3. Select the Correct Page in Heylist's Signup

The Facebook page displayed with your Instagram account is the one you should connect to your Heylist account.
