Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional support and guidance to our creators, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Onboard new creators to the Heylist platform, ensuring they understand and utilize all features effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with creators, understanding their needs and providing tailored advice to help them succeed.
- Gather and analyze feedback from creators to identify opportunities for improving their experience and the platform’s functionality.
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to communicate creators' needs and insights.
- Participate in the development of resources and tools for creator education and growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in customer service, communications, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the influencer marketing industry and digital content creation.
- Experience with CRM tools and customer service software is a plus.
