Overview

Heylist is on the lookout for a motivated and goal-oriented Sales and Prospecting Specialist to expand our team's reach. In this key role, you'll be at the forefront of engaging potential clients, driving outreach efforts, and showcasing Heylist’s unique value proposition in the influencer marketing space. Your dedication will be crucial in growing our client base and supporting the company’s mission to democratize influencer marketing.

Key Responsibilities  

  • Build and manage comprehensive lists of potential clients, identifying key contacts within target organizations.
  • Conduct outreach to prospective clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels, introducing Heylist and its services.
  • Present tailored demos of the Heylist platform, addressing specific client needs and showcasing relevant features.
  • Coordinate demo requests and follow-ups with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Schedule and organize meetings with potential clients, including planning for the CEO’s business travel.
  • Make outbound calls using scripts provided by the company, ensuring consistency and professionalism in each interaction.
  • Adapt your sales approach to match the needs of different prospects, providing personalized, thoughtful outreach.
  • Manage objections and rejections with professionalism, maintaining a positive attitude throughout.
  • Ensure all appointments with qualified potential clients are properly scheduled and confirmed.
  • Maintain precise records of client interactions and meetings within our CRM platform, tracking progress and performance.
  • Meet daily and weekly outreach and appointment-setting targets, contributing to the overall sales pipeline growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a similar role within customer service or business development.
  • Strong communication skills, with a confident and persuasive approach.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, meet appointment-setting targets, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems like HubSpot and other sales tools.
  • Experience in advertising, PR, or marketing is essential; knowledge of influencer marketing is a plus.
  • High energy, self-motivation, and a commitment to learning and adapting in a fast-paced environment.
  • Empathy and the ability to listen to diverse perspectives, building strong client relationships.
