Your Role as a Account Executive
As a Account Executive, you will:
- Demonstrate the platform to potential clients, effectively communicating the features, benefits, and added value of Heylist.
- Adopt a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach, considering the client’s unique business objectives and challenges while providing tailored recommendations aligned with Heylist’s offerings.
- Develop and execute strategic account acquisition plans to identify and generate new opportunities, building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
- Manage the entire sales cycle and exceed quotas, using the CRM system to track opportunities and outcomes, monitor sales performance, and accurately forecast revenue.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including business development, customer success, marketing, and product teams.
- Share client feedback to align product development with user needs, identify challenges, improve processes, and uncover new opportunities.
- Develop and nurture long-term strategic relationships with stakeholders to enhance perceived value, increase adoption, and drive engagement with the Heylist platform.
In addition to these responsibilities, Heylist will support you in identifying your interests and development opportunities, helping you integrate them into your role.
You will succeed as a Account Executive if you are:
- Experienced: You have 3 to 5 years of experience managing B2B sales quotas, preferably in a tech/SaaS environment, with in-depth knowledge of the influencer marketing industry. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- High-performing: You have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals. You also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Accountable: You excel in all aspects of account management and full sales cycle management. You take pride in your work and own your results.
- Resilient: You can adapt to change, overcome challenges, and learn from your mistakes while staying motivated and focused on your goals.
- Proactive: You are self-driven, solution-oriented, disciplined, and results-focused. You take the initiative to drive projects independently.
